摘要
经有机难溶盐包膜后的黄铁矿矿石接菌下间歇循环淋洗一年后其循环收集液中SO2 -4 含量点供试样品中总SO2 -4 量的0 16 % ,较对照的下降了 97% ,pH从初始 6 82下降至 5 48,但对照 pH却从初始的 7 5 7下降至 2 35 .矿石样品经扫描电子显微镜显示 :包膜的矿石样品表面仍呈光洁状 ,而对照的表面布满细小洞穴 .清楚指出 :笔者首次提出的有机盐膜能有效地抑制T .
The suppression of pyrite biological oxidation by the film of organic salt on the pyrite surface was conducted with the simulation of column leaching at natural room temperatures.The results showed that the amount of SO 2- 4 in the leachate of the coated pyrite accounted for 0.16% of the total SO 2- 4 in 250?g of the samples after leaching for one year at intervals and circularly,decreased by 97% as comparing with that of contriol.The pH dropped from 6.82 at the beginning to 5.48,while from 7.57 to 2.35 for control at the same condition.The surface of the coated pyrite appeared smoothly,but many small hololws were dotted on the surface of pyrite for control when observed with SEM (scan electron microscope).This clearly indicated that the film of organic salt can control the pyrite oxidation caused by T.F( thiobacillus ferrooxidans )effectively.
