摘要
为研究不育系及恢复系对杂交水稻产量、物质积累及输出转运的影响,选用生产上常用的6个杂交水稻不育系与恢复系,用NCII模式研究亲本在杂交水稻产量、生物量积累及输出转化方面的配合力效应。结果表明:不育系效应和恢复系效应在产量及物质积累、输出转运等性状方面均达到显著或极显著差异水平。产量方面蜀恢527、803A的一般配合力效应值较高,属于利用价值较高的亲本;803A、绵恢2040在物质的输出及转运方面的一般配合力效应值较高,属于配置物质高效转运杂交组合的较优亲本。
To study on the influence of sterile line and restorer to production,accumulation and transshipment of rice,the authorship used NCII model to analyze parental combining ability,biomass accumulation and transshipment in common sterile line and restorer.The result indicated that effect of sterile line and restorer had a significant or very significant difference in production,accumulation and transshipment.General combining ability and use value of Shuhui 527 and 803A were higher.General combining ability in transshipment of 803A and Mianhui 2040 was higher,and transshipment ability of configuration material was better.
