摘要
为辣椒新品种审定及保护提供参考依据,以10个辣椒自育亲本及组配的25个杂交组合为材料,筛选出适合辣椒品种鉴定的SSR核心引物。结果表明:筛选出的20对核心SSR引物在35份材料(组合)中共检测到55个等位基因,75个基因型,扩增片段的大小都在450bp以下。核心引物组成的标记组合,聚类分类效果较好,且具备较强的鉴别能力,能完全鉴别所有参试材料(组合)。
In order to provide a reference for approval and protection of new hot pepper varieties,ten self-fertile hot pepper parents and 25 cross combinations were taken as materials to screen SSR core primers pairs for identifying hot pepper cultivars.The results showed that 55 alleles and 75 genotypes were detected from 35 accessions (combinations)by using the 20 pairs primers.All of the amplified fragment sizes were below 450 bp.The marker combinations of the core primers not only had a good clustering and classification effect,but also had a distinguishing resolution capability.All tested varieties (combinations)were completely identified by using the marker combinations.
