摘要
摸清贵州玉米地方种质的配合力,为其利用和改良提供参考,采用NCII遗传交配设计,以玉米5大类群代表系的T32(Suwan 3号群体选系)、黄早四(唐四平头群)、Mo17(兰卡斯特群)、78599(PB群)、478(瑞德群)为测验种,对16个有代表性的贵州玉米地方种质资源的主要性状进行配合力和产量杂种优势分析。结果表明:1)贞丰黄、五穗白(桐梓县)、滑石玉米、碑坊黄等8个贵州玉米地方种质的一般配合力较高。2)大黄×478、二黄早×478、二黄×478、五穗白(桐梓)×785 99、赫白×478、贞丰黄×478这6个组合的杂种优势较强。因此,贵州玉米地方种质与478(瑞德群)组配有较大的改良利用潜力。
To clear the combining ability about local maize germplasm and provide references for it’s utilization and improvement.The authors selected 16 representative local maize germplasms of Guizhou as female parent,used representatives of different groups of five lines (T32,Huang Huangzaosi,Mo17, 78599 and 478)as testers,designed by NC II incomplete genetic mating to analyze the effect of combining ability for main agronomic traits and heterosis.The results showed that eight local germplasm such as Zhenfenghuang,Wusuibai (Tongzi County),Huashi corn,Beifanghuang had high general combining ability level.Six combinations,Dahuang × 478,Erhuangzao × 478,Erhuang × 478,Wusuibai (Tongzi County)×78599,Hebai×478,Zhenfenghuang×478 presented strong heterosis.Consequently,it can be summarized that local germplasm×478 is a good heterosis model and have great utilization potential.
