摘要
为奶牛粪的资源化利用提供科学依据,利用磷酸为活化剂,对奶牛粪制备活性炭的工艺条件磷酸浓度(10%~70%)、活化温度(350~650℃)、活化时间(60~150 min)和浸渍时间(3~60 h)对牛粪活性炭吸附性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:以奶牛粪为原料制备出的活性炭产品,其亚甲基蓝吸附值和碘吸附值分别达157 mg/g 和695 mg/g,比表面积达608 m2/g。当磷酸浓度40%~50%、活化温度450~500℃、活化时间90~105 min、浸渍时间12 h 左右时制备出的牛粪活性炭吸附性能最佳,产率最高可达28.31%。
The authors studied the preparation of activated carbon from cow dung by phosphoric acid method in order to provide a scientific basis for the resource utilization of cow dung.The influence of phosphoric acid concentration(10%~70%),activation temperature(350~650℃),activation time(60~150 min)and dipping time(3 ~ 60 h)were investigated.The results showed that activated carbons could be prepared from cow dung,of which the methylene blue adsorption value reached 157 mg/g,the iodine adsorption value reached 695 mg/g,and the surface area(MB)was up to 608 m2/g.On the condition that phosphoric acid concentration was 40%~50%,activation temperature was 450~500℃,activation time was 90~105 min,and dipping time was about 12 h,the properties of activated carbon from cow dung were the best,the yield would be up to 28%.
