两种组胺受体拮抗剂对HP-PRRS猪肺脏MC和HPC的影响

摘要 为探明内源性组胺和高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(HP-PRRS)病毒诱导肺炎形成的关系,选择30日龄三元杂交公仔猪20头,并随机分为扑尔敏组(人工感染)、西咪替丁组(人工感染)、阳性组(人工感染)和阴性组,进行了组胺扑尔敏(H1)和西咪替丁(H2)受体拮抗剂,对高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(HP-PRRS)猪的肺脏肥大细胞(MC)和肝素阳性细胞(HPC)数量的影响试验。结果表明:人工感染病毒组仔猪肥大细胞数较阴性组〔(16.52±1.49)个/mm2〕升高,其中,阳性组〔(32.6±3.61)个/mm2〕、西咪替丁组〔(26.36±1.86)个/mm2〕极显著升高,扑尔敏组(23.6±2.24)个/mm2显著升高,扑尔敏组与西咪替丁组差异不显著,扑尔敏组、西咪替丁组均显著高于阳性组。人工感染病毒组仔猪肝素阳性细胞数极显著高于阴性组(14.15±1.05)个/mm2,西咪替丁组〔(24.33±2.81)个/mm2〕较阳性组〔(30.35±1.63)个/mm2〕显著降低、与扑尔敏组〔(22.7±0.40)个/mm2〕差异不显著;扑尔敏组较阳性组极显著降低。说明,扑尔敏可降低PRRSV诱发仔猪肺脏肥大细胞、肝素阳性细胞数的升高。 In order to understand the relationship between endogenous histamine and HP-PRRS induced pneumonia,20 30-day-old male piglets were selected,and randomly divided them into four groups:chlorpheniramine group,cimetidine group,positive group,negative group.The influence of two histamine receptor antagonists on lung mast cells and heparin-positive cells was studied.Results:Compared with the negative group,the number of piglets mast cells increased〔(16.52 ± 1.49)individuals/mm2 〕.In which positive group〔(32.6 ± 3.61)individuals/mm2 〕and cimetidine group〔(26.36 ± 1.86)individuals/mm2 〕very significantly increased,chlortrimeton group(23.6 ± 2.24)individuals /mm2 significantly increased. chlortrimeton group had no significant difference with cimetidine group, while both of them were significantly higher than positive group. Heparin-positive cells of chlorpheniramine group was very significantly higher than negative group (14.15 ± 1.05 )individuals/mm2 ,cimetidine group 〔(24.33 ± 2.81 ) individuals/mm2 〕was significantly lower than positive group〔(30.35 ± 1.63)individuals/mm2 〕.While it was not significantly different with chlorpheniramine group 〔(22.7 ± 0.40 )individuals/mm2 〕;Chlorpheniramine group was very significantly lower than positive group,indicating that chlorpheniramine may reduce the number of the mast cells and heparin-positive cells.
