摘要
钢坯定重切割是提高棒材轧制成材率的关键。系统分析了影响钢坯重量的因素,提出以拉速和钢坯长度作为输入特征量,建立了钢坯重量的支持向量机(SVM)回归预测模型,对钢坯重量进行预测。采集了每根钢坯的拉速、重量及长度数据组成训练样本及测试样本,试验结果表明,用拉速值和钢坯长度可以对钢坯重量进行较好的预测,提高了钢坯定重预报精度。
Steel billet on heavy cutting is the key to improve the rolling yield.This article ana-lyzed the influencing factors of billet weight and put the billet length and casting speed as the input characteristics and established the support vector machine(SVM)regression prediction model of bil-let weight to predict the weight of billet.Training samples and testing samples are made up with the data of casting speed,weight and length of each billet.Test results show that the billet weight can be better predicted with casting speed and the length of steel billet.It improved the forecast accu-racy of the weight of billet.
