摘要
为解决车辆在行车途中、郊外或条件艰苦地区需要充气的问题,本研究运用传统设计与CAD相结合的方法,设计了一款高压充气筒,筒体材料用碳素钢Q235-A.F,筒高为300mm,筒壁厚3mm,拉杆长度为165mm,螺旋压缩弹簧外径17.6mm,内径8.0mm,工作圈数为28圈,并运用Pro/E软件建立了充气筒模型.
To solve the vehicle needs of the equipment such as in the traffic on the way, on the road out- side or harsh conditions area, a high-pressure inflator was designed by the method of traditional design combined with CAD. The inflator material used carbon steel Q235 A. F,height of the inflator was 300 mm, the wall thickness was 3 mm,rod lenght was 165 mm, spring diameter was 17.6 mm,inside diameter was 8.0 mm,number of turns was 28,and established the model of Inflator pump using Pro/E.
