HPLC法测定理气解郁丸中橙皮苷的含量

Content determination of hesperidin in Liqijieyu pills solution by HPLC

目的：研究测定理气解郁丸中橙皮苷的含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（45：55）为流动相；流速为1．0ml／min；检测波长为283nm。结果：橙皮苷线性范围为0～1．140μg，平均回收率为100．3％，RSD=2．6％。结论：采用高效液相色谱法测定理气解郁丸中的橙皮苷含量，具有快速、结果准确、操作简便的优点，可以用于理气解郁丸的质量控制。

Objective To determine the content of Hesperidin in Liqijieyu pills. Methods A HPLC method was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0. 1% phosphate （45：55 ）. The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 283 nm. Re- sults The linear range of Hesperidin was 0 - 1. 140μg. The average recovery rate was 100. 3% （ RSD = 2. 6% ）. Conclusion The HPLC method is accurate, simple and suitable for quality studies of the Liqijieyu pills.
