摘要
文章利用无花果曲霉对直接冻黄G进行脱色研究 ,在搅拌条件下 ,菌丝球能有效地使直接冻黄G脱色(>90 %在 2 4h内 )。在限氮培养基中 ,对影响脱色过程的因素进行了试验 ,这些因素包括 :葡萄糖浓度、酒石酸铵浓度、原初pH及温度。结果表明 :该菌丝球对染料脱色的最佳温度为 30℃ ,最佳pH 5 .0 ,培养基成分对脱色也有一定的影响。该菌对染料的脱色酶为组成酶 ,脱色酶在细胞内、外均有分布 ,染料对酶无诱导作用。
The decolorization of Chrusosphenine G by Aspergillus ficuum was studied. It was found that Aspergilllus ficuum could effectively decolorize Chrysosphenine G (>90.0% in 24h) when grown as pelleted mycelia under agitated condition. Many factors affecting the decolorization process in the nitrogen limited media (NLM) were studied, including concentration of grucose,NH 4 +, initial pH,and temperature. The results showed that the optimum pH and temperature were 5.0 and 30℃ respectively,and that medium composition could affect the decolorization rate.The decoloring enzyme of Aspergillus ficuunm was constitutive enzyme belonging to intracellular and extracellular decoloring enzyme with no inducers by dye.The pelleted mycelia could be repeatedly used after decolorization.
