摘要
针对角接触球轴承静态刚度测试的问题,提出了以初始接触角为中间变量的轴承静态刚度识别模型,识别了不同载荷下轴承的轴向刚度和径向刚度;搭建了轴承静态刚度测试试验装置,测试了相应载荷下轴承的轴向变形或径向变形,并分析了载荷对轴承变形和刚度的影响。试验和分析结果表明:随着轴向载荷或径向载荷的增大,轴向变形或径向变形基本上呈现线性增长,轴向刚度和径向刚度呈现非线性增长。
Aiming at testing the static stiffness of angular contact ball bearing,based on the initial contact angle of bearing,a model was proposed to identify the bearing staic stiffness under different load cases.And then the influence of different load on the deformation and the stiffness was analyzed.An experimental device was developed to test the axial or the radial deformation under the corresponding load.Experimental and analytic results showed that with the axial or the radial load increasing,the axial or the radial deformation increased linearly in general,and the axial or the radial stiffness increased nonlinearly.
