摘要
通过对312DK磨床和叶片榫齿形状的研究,介绍双过程共用工作台叶片榫齿蠕动磨床控制系统的工作过程。经过实践检验,312DK磨床使用该系统后,其生产的叶片榫齿对称度好,避免了叶片错齿的现象,同时减少了大量的体力劳动,节省了劳动时间,提高了工作效率。
Through the research of 312DK grinding machine and the shape of the blade tenon,the working process of the control system named blade tenon peristaltic grinder control system about dual-process was described.Has been tested in the practice,after using this control system,the production of blade tenon which produced by 312DK grinding machine has good symmetry,and the phenomenon of wrong tooth blade was disappeared.At the same time,it reduces the amount of manual work and saves labor time.This system works more efficient than the original.
