摘要
针对传统环切刀轨生成方法在加工复杂曲面上的不足,提出了一种基于曲面凹凸特征的环切加工轨迹生成方法。该方法采用了分区域加工的思路,利用照度角性质提取曲面凹凸特征,并在分区的基础上对各区域分别进行环切刀轨规划,然后拼接得到整张曲面的加工轨迹。试验研究表明,对于具有复杂三维凹凸特征变化的曲面,相比于传统的环切刀轨规划方法,该方法能够有效提升曲面的加工效率。
Aiming at the problem of lower efficiency in traditional contour-parallel tool path planning method for complex freedom surfaces,a new method based on surface concave and convex features for contour-parallel tool path is proposed.In the method,the concept of phote angle is used to partition the surface into concave and convex feature regions and general regions.In each region,the contour-parallel tool path is generated base on the region profile.And tool path for the entire surface is generated by applying the regionby-region strategy.Experimental result demonstrates that machining efficiency of contour-parallel tool path by the proposed method is more effective,compared with traditional contour-parallel tool path for complex freedom surfaces with concave and convex features.
