质监检验机构科研制约因素分析及对策研究

Analysis and Measures Study on Restraining Factors of Scientific Research for Quality Supervision and Inspection Institutions

随着经济的全球化,全球性的产业结构调整进一步加快,科技创新对组织生存与发展的作用愈加凸显。本文以质监系统事业单位福建省质检院为实证研究对象,通过问卷调查,从社会、组织、个人三个层面入手,分析了科研体制等六个社会环境、院科研政策等八个组织环境及科研动机缺乏等六个个人因素对科研的制约程度,并提出了完善科技管理机制等对策措施,以进一步调动科技人员的科研和科技创新积极性。

With the globalization of the economy and the accelerated adjustment ot me gtooal industrial structure, the scientific research plays more and more important role to the survival and development of organization. This article, basied on Fujian Inspection and Research Institute for Product Quality, collecting information by questionnaire survey, attempts to propose countermeasures by doing study on restraining influence on scientific research, which caused by six social environment factors, eight organizational environment factors and six individual factors.
