姜黄素对急性酒精性肝损伤小鼠抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:25

摘要 目的评价姜黄素对急性酒精性肝损伤小鼠体内抗氧化功能的影响。方法50只清洁级雄性昆明小鼠按体重随机分为5组,即空白对照组、模型对照组和姜黄素低、中、高剂量组(50、100和200 mg/kg BW),连续灌胃14 d。测定血清中天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性及肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(TAOC)水平,计算肝脏脏器系数。结果模型组各项指标与空白组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型对照组相比,姜黄素高剂量组小鼠血清AST和ALT活性明显降低(P<0.05),同时,姜黄素能显著增强小鼠肝组织中SOD、GSH-Px和T-AOC活性(P<0.05),降低MDA水平(P<0.05)。结论姜黄素能增强急性酒精中毒小鼠体内的抗氧化能力,对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To study the effect of curcumin on antioxidant function in the mice with acute alcoholic liver injury. Methods 50 male KM mices were randomly divided into 5 groups according to the weight, i.e. the normal control group, model control group, and curcumin low-dose group,middle-dose group,high-dose group (50,100 and 200 mg/kg BW). After a 14-day administration, the relative liver weight, the content of MDA, the activity of SOD, GSH-Px, T-AOC in the liver tissue and the content of serum AST, ALT were determined. Results Compared with the normal control group, all indexes of model control group were significantly different (P 〈 0. 05). The content of serum AST and ALT at high-dose group were significantly decreased compared with model control group(P 〈 0.05 ). Meanwhile, the activity of SOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC in the liver tissue were increased significantly (P 〈 0.05) , and the content of MDA decreased significantly(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Curcumin can improve the antioxidant activity of the mice with acute alcoholism, and has good protective effects on acute alcoholic liver injury in mice.
