摘要 探讨含碳黑复合型导电纤维的高支精梳毛纱的复精梳技术。围绕以超细羊毛为主体、含极小比例碳黑复合型导电纤维,以及小比例细旦涤纶与极易原纤化的天丝原料混合要求,分析复精梳工艺流程设置、精梳设备选择、混条方法设计及各道工序主要工艺的技术原理与确定依据;介绍提高原料的混合均匀度、提高和毛油的分布均匀度、减少针梳毛粒、减少精梳落毛以及控制出条质量的工艺措施。指出开发碳黑复合型导电纤维在纺织领域的应用具有重要的现实意义。 The paper discusses the recombing technology for high count worsted yarn containing carbon black conductive fiber. Around with superfine wool as the main body, including a tiny proportion of carbon black conductive fiber, and smaller than column of fine denier polyester fibrillation of tencel extremely easily with the raw material mix of requirements, it analyzed the recombing process settings, combing equipment selection, mix design method and main process of each process technical principle and determine. It introduced the technological measures of the improving raw materials mixing uniformity, and oil formula distribution uniformity, reducing neps of gilling, noil of combing and control for the sliver weight. The same time, it can speed up the application development for carbon black conductive fiber in the field of textile, has important practical significance.
