摘要 主要针对提高羊绒织物数码喷墨印花产品的颜色纯正度、得色深度、颜色均匀度和色牢度等质量指标进行实验研究,并对某些色牢度差的颜色进行添加稀土的印花工艺实验,从而确定适宜的印花参数.研究结果表明:采用德国塞纳瑞斯活性染料墨水、德国PS10糊料、瑞士VS释酸剂进行印花,产品的颜色均匀度、色牢度及各项指标均符合要求.LaCl3稀土元素的加入,使色牢度差的黑色、紫色、红色染料色牢度平均提高了0.5 ~1.0级,产品颜色更加纯正、均匀.该生产工艺达到了提高产品质量,指导实际生产的重要作用. This article mainly study improving color pure degree, color depth, color uniformity and color fastness of cashmere fabric digital spray ink printing products quality indexes, and for some poor color fastness of color adding rare earth in experiment, to determine the suitable printing parameters. Research results show that use the Germany senna reactive dye ink, German senna PS10 paste ink, Switzerland VS acid release agent for printing products which color uniformity, color fastness, and all indexes meet the requirements. LaC13, the rare earth elements, making the black, purple, red dye which is poor color fastness of fastness on average increased by 0.5 - 1.0 grade, the product color is more pure, uniform. This production technology can provide importance guidance to improve product quality and the practical production.
