中国近几年的货币政策操作及传导作用似乎不太明显，其原因就在于货币政策传导机制不畅，特别是一些环节受阻。因此，减少货币政策传导环节，尤其是减少货币政策执行中误导环节，制定可操作性的实施货币政策传导畅通工程，不仅是基层央行面临的任务，更是中国央行总、分行不得不关注的现实问题。

In recent years the china＇s monetary policy is of little clear effectiveness． The main reason is that the monetary policy can＇t transmit fluently and sometimes the transmitted mechanism is blocked by some factors in some stages． Therefore what the central bank must focus its attention on is to simplify the transmitted stages of monetary policy．
