摘要
介绍了上升式密集烤房散叶堆积烘烤在烤前的准备,烟叶成熟采收、散叶烘烤装烟量、装炕前按成熟度大致分类、装炕操作、门窗堵漏,以及散叶烘烤操作要点和烤后烟叶回潮。阐述了散叶烘烤原理,特别是装炕均匀度和防止风力"短路"等关键问题。
Preparation of bulk loose--leaf curing, leaf harvest, tobacco amounts, classification, leaf loading, loose--leaf curing process and tobacco leaf conditioning were reviewed. Loose--leaf curing theory, especial some key problem such as loading rate and keep a good ventilation were introduced.
