HPLC法测定苁黄补肾片中松果菊苷的含量

Determination of Echinacoside in CongHuang BuShen Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立苁黄补肾片中松果菊苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：TSK-GEL DDS-C18，（4.6 mm×215;250 mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液（25∶75），流速：1.0 mL/min，柱温：40℃，进样量：10μL，检测波长：330 nm。结果：松果菊苷在0.0752～7.52μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0.999978，平均回收率为96.95％，RSD=1.59％。结论：该方法测定苁黄补肾片中松果菊苷的含量简便可行、灵敏、准确、重现性好，可用于苁黄补肾片的质量控制。

Objective： To establish the determination method of the contents of echinacoside in CongHuang BuShen tablets by HPLC. Methods： HPLC was adopted, chromatographic column： TSK-GEL DDS-C18 （4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5μm）, mobile phase： methanol-0.1% methanoic acid （25：75）, flow rate： 1.0mL/min, column temperature： 40℃, sample size： 10μL, detection wavelength： 330 nm. Results： Echinacoside showed better linear relationship in the range between 0.0752 and 7.52 μg, r=0.999 978, average recovery rate was 96.95%, RSD=1.59%. Conclusion： The method is simple, feasible, sensitive, accurate and reproducible, it could be used to determinate the contents of echinacoside from CongHuang BuShen tablets and quality control of CongHuang BuShen tablets.
