摘要
目的:建立苁黄补肾片中松果菊苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:TSK-GEL DDS-C18,(4.6 mm×215;250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(25∶75),流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:40℃,进样量:10μL,检测波长:330 nm。结果:松果菊苷在0.0752~7.52μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999978,平均回收率为96.95%,RSD=1.59%。结论:该方法测定苁黄补肾片中松果菊苷的含量简便可行、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于苁黄补肾片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the determination method of the contents of echinacoside in CongHuang BuShen tablets by HPLC. Methods: HPLC was adopted, chromatographic column: TSK-GEL DDS-C18 (4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5μm), mobile phase: methanol-0.1% methanoic acid (25:75), flow rate: 1.0mL/min, column temperature: 40℃, sample size: 10μL, detection wavelength: 330 nm. Results: Echinacoside showed better linear relationship in the range between 0.0752 and 7.52 μg, r=0.999 978, average recovery rate was 96.95%, RSD=1.59%. Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible, sensitive, accurate and reproducible, it could be used to determinate the contents of echinacoside from CongHuang BuShen tablets and quality control of CongHuang BuShen tablets.
