通过对《红楼梦》中秦可卿病案的分析,探讨脉诊在临床心理诊察中的应用,指出脉诊对于诊断患者的心理状态具有其他三诊所不具备的优势,而且认为七情可以反映在脉象上,同时也可从脉象变化中推测出病证中隐含的七情因素。

The roles of pulse-taking played in the diagnosis of psychosomatic illness are discussed by analyz- ing Qin Keqin＇s medical records in A Dream of Red Mansions, it is better than other diagnostic methods in judging psychological state of the patients, the pulse could reflect the situation of seven emotions, simultaneously, the poten- tial factors of seven emotions in the symptoms could be plumbed by the changes of the pulse.
