摘要 目的:探索CDIO教育模式在中医基础理论教学中的应用和效果。方法:选取本校2011级中医学专科2个班级。按班别随机分为实验班和对照班。在实际教学过程中,对照班采用常规教学法教学,实验班引入CDIO模式教学,以学生为主体,综合运用问题引导、案例分析、实验教学等方法教学。学期课程结束后以学生问卷和综合考试结果分析评价效果。结果:实验班学生对中医基础理论知识的掌握和理解程度显著高于对照班(P<0.01);实验班问卷调查的满意度优于对照班。结论:借鉴CDIO教学模式用于中医基础理论教学,有利于提高教学效果,培养学生的中医思维能力。 Objective: To explore the application and the effects of CDIO education mode to the teaching of TCM basic theory. Methods: The students in two classes of grade 2011 in TCM major were selected and randomized into the experiment class and the control class according to the class. In the teaching process, the control class ac- cepted routine teaching methods and the experiment class CDIO education mode, oriented towards students, by the methods of question-induced, cases analysis, experimental teaching. The results of questionnaire and comprehensive exam were analyzed to assess the effects by the end of semester. Results: The degrees of the students grasping and understanding the knowledge of TCM basic theory in the experiment class were higher than these in the control class (P〈 0.01); the satisfaction degree of questionnaire survey in the experiment class was superior to that of the control class. Conclusion: Application of CDIO education mode to the teaching of TCM basic theory is helpful to improve the effectiveness of the teaching and train TCM thinking ability of students.
