吴茱萸敷脐联合电针对全子宫切除术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effects of Umblical Fomentation with WuZhuYu and Acuestor on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery of the Patients after Panhysterectomy

目的:探讨吴茱萸敷脐联合电针治疗对全子宫切除术患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:将经腹全子宫切除患者135例随机分为对照组、实验A组及实验B组各45例。对照组术后常规支持治疗及护理,实验A组在对照组常规支持治疗及护理的基础上,术后第1天电针足三里,2次/d,直至患者自然排气;实验B组在电针足三里同时用吴茱萸热敷脐部,2次/d,直至患者自然排气。结果:实验组较对照组首次肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气排便时间提前(P<0.05),且实验B组较实验A组更明显(P<0.05)。实验B组、实验A组总有效率分别为93.3%、75.6%,均明显高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05)。与实验A组比较,实验B组总有效率显著提高(P<0.05)。实验B组中重度腹胀发生率低于实验A组与对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针与吴茱萸敷脐联合治疗对全子宫切除术后患者胃肠功能恢复有显著促进作用。

Objective： To investigate the effects of WuZhuYu （Tetradium ruticarpum） combined with acuestor on gastrointestinal function recovery of the patients after panhysterectomy. Methods： Altogether 135 patients were randomized into the control group, experiment group A and experiment group B, 45 cases each group. The control group were given with nothing after the surgery, experiment group A were administered with ZuSanLi （ST36） needling at the first day after surgery by acuestor, experiment group B received ZuSanLi （ST36） needling and umbilical fomentation by WuZhuYu. Results： The time of first bowel sound recovery, the time of anal exhaust and defecation of the experiment groups were earlier than these of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the experiment group B was more significant than the experiment group A. Total effective rate of the experiment group B and A were 93.3% and 75.6% respectively, higer than 60.0% of the control group notably （P 〈0.05）. Compared with the experiment group A, total effective rate of the experiment group B was improved remarkably （P 〈0.05）. The incidence rate of severe abdominal flatulence in the experiment group B was lower than these of the experiment group A and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acuestor and umblical fomentation with WuZhuYu could pro- mote gastrointestinal function recovery of the patients after panhysterectomy evidently.
