针刀温阳通督法治疗风湿寒性关节痛疗效观察

Observation on Treating Joint Pain of Wind-cold-dampness Pattern by Yang-warming and Du Meridian-dredging Method of Needle-knife

目的:观察小针刀温阳通督法治疗风湿寒性关节痛的临床疗效。方法:将风湿寒性关节痛患者72例随机分为治疗组、对照组各36例。治疗组采用小针刀温阳通督法治疗,每3天治疗1次,3次为1个疗程。对照组予针灸治疗,10天为1个疗程。3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:愈显率、总有效率治疗组分别为66.7%、100.0%,对照组分别为27.8%和72.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组患者疼痛VAS评分与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:小针刀温阳通督法治疗风湿寒性关节痛疗效肯定。

Objective： To observe therapeutic effects of Yang-warming and Du meridian-dredging method of small needle-knife in treating joint pain of wind-cold-dampness pattern. Methods： All 72 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received the treatment with Yang-warming and Du meridian-dredging method of small needle-knife, they were treated once each three days, three times were one course of the treatment. The control group were administered with acupuncture, ten days were one course of the treatment. Clinical efficacy was observed after three courses of the treatment. Results： Markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 66.7% and 100% respectively, higher than 27.8% and 72.2% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.01）; the difference had statistical meaning in pain VAS scale when both groups after treating were compared with these before treating （P〈0.01）; the difference had statisti- cal meaning when the treatment group was compared with the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Yang-warming and Du meridian-dredging method of small needle-knife could obtain definite effects in treating joint pain of wind-cold-dampness pattern.
