乌龙茶中7种苯甲酰脲类农药残留的浸出特性

摘要 本文建立了HPLC-MS/MS测定乌龙荼及其茶汤中7种苯甲酰脲类农药残留的分析方法,方法检出限为0.03 ~ 1.00 ng/mL,定量限为0.09 ~ 3.02 ng/mL,回收率为90.3 ~ 103%.7种农药残留在乌龙茶冲泡过程中的浸出特性:除虫脲在冲泡过程中较容易被浸提出,其次杀铃脲、氟苯脲、氟铃脲、氟啶脲、氟虫脲和啶蜱脲;氟虫脲和氟啶脲在冲泡过程中的浸出特征,似乎只受他们的溶解度控制,而其他5种农药的浸出特征主要受茶和热水之间的分配系数控制.本研究有助于乌龙茶的安全饮用的准确评价.
