肱骨近端骨折的手术治疗研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 肱骨近端骨折是临床最常见的骨折之一,约占全身骨折的2.5%,其中15%为移位不稳定骨折。65岁以上老年人大多存在骨质疏松,肱骨近端骨折发病率在髋部骨折和桡骨远端骨折之后,位列第3位,其中近80%的患者因为没有移位或者移位不明显,仅需保守治疗。然而,三、四部分骨折(Neer分型)通常需要手术干预。由于肱骨近端骨骼、肌肉的解剖学特点,加之老年骨质疏松等因素,肱骨近端骨折的不愈合率并不高,但治疗不当常导致疼痛、肩关节活动受限、
