聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎患者的2年随访分析

Focused Ultrasound Treatment of Patients with Allergic Rhinitis Two-year Follow-up Analysis

目的观察鼻内镜下聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法鼻内镜下对31例变应性鼻炎患者进行聚焦超声治疗。采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)标准,比较术前、术后3个月、1年及2年过敏性鼻炎主要症状的VAS评分。结果与术前比较,术后3个月、1年、2年鼻塞、打喷嚏、流清水涕及鼻痒症状VAS评分均明显降低(P<0.01)。随着随访时间的延长,VAS评分上升(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声能够有效减轻变应性鼻炎患者的症状,但随着术后时间延长,症状有复发的趋势。

Objective To observe the effect of focused ultrasound curing allergic rhinitis under endoscopic. Methods Totally 31 patients of aller- gic rhinitis undergoing foused ultrasound treatment under endoscopic were chosen for our study. The visual analog scale （VAS） was used as a stan- dard to compare the main symptoms of allergic rhinitis before and 3 months, 1 year and 2 years after operation. Results Compared with preopem- tion, postoperative 3 months, 1 year and 2 years VAS scores of stuffy nose, sneezing, nasal discharge and nasal itching significantly dicreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. VAS score increased with the extended follow-up time （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Focused ultrasound can effectively reduce the symptoms of allergic rhinitis patients, but with time prolonged after surgery those symptoms had a tendency of recurrence.
