摘要
对单台式机载电子设备进行了研究,分析了ATR机箱、安装架的结构特征及设计重点,提出了一种适合该产品的结构设计方法。针对机载电子设备的特点,提出了设计流程,并给出了详细的设计流程图;指出设计应重点遵循低重心原则、耗散功率大的模块上置原则、质心与几何中心一致原则、对振动冲击敏感的模块和器件置中原则;给出了设备散热方式的选择及计算方法,采用密封屏蔽衬垫来解决设备的电磁屏蔽和水汽密封,并给出了密封屏蔽槽尺寸的计算方法;最后以某型设备为例对所提出的方法进行了检验,证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。
A structural design method is proposed in this paper based on the study of single-installation airborne electronic equipment and analysis of ATR cases,avionics racking and their design key points. In view of the characteristics of the airborne electronic equipment,it presents a design process and gives a detailed flow chart of design. Then, it points out that it should abide by four principles strongly, including lowering the centre of gravi- ty,putting the high-power dissipation unit up,fitting the mass cen- ter to the geometry center,and putting the electronic devices which are sensitive to vibration and impingement to center. And then, the cooling ways on how to choose and compute are introduced. The problems of moisture sealing and electromagnetic shielding are solved by choosing seal-shield gasket, and the method of computing installation dimensions is also introduced. Finally, a single-installa- tion airborne electronic equipment is developed according to the proposed method,which is effective and practical.
