针对振动筛检测设备检测程序复杂,精度、灵敏度低,检测耗时长等问题,在认真分析现行检测方法、设备硬件和软件的基础上,对设备进行了改进,从而提高了检测精度和灵敏度,实现了多个指标的实时检测。

Due to the problems of the comprehensive testing procedures for a vibrating screen,longer testing time,lower accuracy and sensitivity with a traditional inspection ＆ testing equipment, the paper described an improved testing system based on the analysis of current testing methods ,hardware and software ,which can perform a real-time test of multiple indicators with higher accuracy and sensitivity.
