摘要
随着电真空技术的发展,直升机载雷达对其内部重要组件———发射机的技术指标要求不断提高,在严酷的机载环境条件下,要求进一步增大发射机输出功率,减小体积和重量,并且能够长时间稳定、可靠的工作,其结果给新型发射机的研制带来挑战。文中阐述一种干式、小型化的直升机载雷达发射机的设计方法,对发射机内部诸如控保、高压电源、调制器等重要组件的原理加以说明,并介绍了发射机的结构设计,对直升机载雷达发射机的研发、设计具有积极的借鉴作用。
Along with the development of electric vacuum technology, the request for transmitter asked by helicopter radar is be- coming much more higher. Under the harsh airborne environmental conditions, the requests of high output power, small volume, light weight and long time steady operation cause many difficulties during the design of transmitter. The design of a kind of minia- turized transmitter is introduced in this paper. The principles of control and protection unit, high-voltage power supply and modula- tor are introduced in detail. The structure design of the transmitter is also introduced in the end. The design of this transmitter can be used as reference for other helicopter radar transmitters.
