摘要
水厂加氯系统主要包括加氯机和PLC控制系统。当系统存在非线性、滞后或时变时会导致常规PID的控制效果不好。将智能PID引入PLC控制中,并应用于绍兴市宋六陵净水厂的加氯系统,实现了滤后加氯的稳定控制,并进一步提高了出厂水余氯浓度的稳定性。
The chlorination system of the water treatment plant mainly includes the chlorinator and PLC control system. The common PID control method has a poor effect when nonlinear, hysteresis or time-varying behaviors occur in the system. Intelligent PID control method was adopted for PLC control in the chlorination system at Songliuling Water Treatment Plant. Stable control for chlorination was a- chieved, and the stability of residual chlorine in the finished water was improved.
