摘要 可持续雨洪管理系统兼顾就地滞洪、减少雨洪灾害、控制非点源污染、资源化利用雨水、美化城市环境等多个目标,对解决城市水资源问题具有积极意义。雨水管网和城市绿地是可持续雨洪管理最核心的两个工程系统,这两个系统的协同优化对保证雨水径流的控制效率非常重要。为此,基于城市建成区中两个工程系统的关联要素分析,在场地、局部区域和区域三个层级进行优化要素和途径研究,并提出了设计优化程序,旨在为减少城市建成区雨洪内涝、构建生态雨水径流控制系统提供参考。 Sustainable stormwater management system involves on-site flood detention, reduction of stormwater damage, control of non-point source pollution, stormwater reutilization, beautifying the ur- ban environment and other goals which positively address the problem of urban water resources. The stormwater system and the urban green space are two central engineering systems for sustainable stormwa- ter management. The collaborative optimization of the two systems is very important to ensure the efficient control of stormwater runoff. Therefore, the correlation factors of the two systems in the built-up areas were analyzed, the optimization factors and channels in the site, local area and regional area were stud- ied, and the design optimization program was put forward to provide reference for reducing stormwater wa- terlogging in the built-up areas and constructing ecological stormwater runoff control system.
