摘要
平板微波炉中心场强的提升对改善微波炉的煮食性能、提升微波炉的总体品质具有极其重要的作用。K23L平板微波炉的场分布均匀性符合要求,但是存在中心场强过低,煮食性能不够好的问题。本文采用电磁场仿真软件HFSS模拟了K23L平板微波炉的电磁特性,发现搅拌片是影响平板微波炉性能的重要因素,在此基础上提出了新搅拌片结构,运用HFSS仿真分析和实验验证新型搅拌片提升了K23L平板微波炉的中心场强和煮食性能。研究表明新型搅拌片的煮食性能提升4.5%,同时输出效率提高2%左右。
Promotion of the flat microwave oven center filed plays an extremely important role in impro- ving the microwave oven cooking performance, and the overall quality of the microwave oven. The K23L flat microwave oven has good distribution uniformity of electromagnetic field, however, the field in center of ceramic plate is too low, as well as the cooking performance. First of all, the stirrer is found to play an important role on affecting the performance of flat microwave oven after simulating electromagnetic proper- ties of K23L flat microwave oven with the electromagnetic software HFSS. Besides, a new stirrer is pres- ented to enhance the K23L's center field and cooking performance with the simulation analysis by HFSS and experiments verification. Studies show that new stirrer improve the cooking performance by 4. 5%, and as well as the output efficiency by 2% around.
