摘要
从熔体输送系统设计,纺丝系统设计,纺丝设备布置等方面,介绍了PET 32头/位平行纺FDY的设计和生产实践。采用32头平行纺丝,节省空间,有利于节能,单位产品能耗下降12.5%,生产效率提高33%。纺程中无转角,使得FDY丝物理指标均匀,染色性良好。
The plant design of PET 32 ends/position parallel spinning FDY was introduced from the aspects such as melt conveying system design, spinning system design and spinning equipment arrangement. By using 32 ends paral- lel spinning ,the space and energy can be saved ,the unit product energy consumption is decreased 12.5% ,the pro- duction efficiency is increased 33%. The spinning line has no rotation angle so that the FDY physical indexes is evenness, the dyeability is good.
