摘要
从宏观特征、化学成分、断口形貌以及金相组织等方面对发生断裂的PTA干燥机加料器实心短轴进行分析,结果表明断裂主要是由于在制造过程中短轴芯部存在大量夹杂物以及微孔洞,导致材料塑韧性降低,在运行过程中出现裂纹并迅速扩展,最终发生整体断裂。
By means of macroscopic characteristis analysis, chemical composition analysis, fracture surface SEM a- nalysis and metallographic structure analysis, the fracture reasons for PTA dryer feeder short connecting shaft were analysed. The results showed that the fracture were mainly caused by the large number of inner inclusion and micro- cavities in the core of short shaft during manufacturing process. The plasticity and toughness of the material was de- creased. These cracks extended in running and caused fracture finally.
