摘要
针对现有的自来水管道泄漏点检测仪器存在着仅能单纯检测轴向缺陷位置,而不能检测周向缺陷位置的不足问题,结合城市供水管道泄漏信号的特征,论文介绍了一种采用速度分解法分析自来水管道泄漏信号的方法。系统采用TMS320F2812信号处理器,通过对8路压电传感器检测到的缺陷信号采用滤波算法和相关算法分析,精确识别出自来水管道在轴向和周向泄漏信号的缺陷位置,轴向精度达到±0.2cm,周向精度达到±0.4cm,并实现将检测结果无线数据通信的功能;该系统具有实时性、抗干扰能力强、系统扩展方便和操作简单的特点。
The existing water pipeline leak detection instrument could only detect axial defect position, but couldn~ t find circumferential defect location. In accordance with the characteristics of the urban water supply pipeline leakage signal, digital signal analysis method of wa- ter pipeline leak signal is adopted in this paper. The system uses 8 piezoelectric sensors detect leak signal of a pipeline. The filter algorithm and correlation algorithm analysis running in the TMS320F2812 accurately identify the leak location in axial and circumferential location of the water pipeline. The function of wireless communication of the leak detection is also realized. The axial accuracy is ±0. 2 cm , circumfer- ential accuracy is ±0. 4 cm. The results show that the system has characteristics of real--time performance, strong anti--interference abili- ty, easy system expansion, and simple operation.
