摘要
现场总线控制系统(FCS)广泛的应用于流程工业和离散制造的各工业领域,FCS协议标准众多且通讯协议差异很大,互不兼容,给不同协议的装备、传感器、仪器互联造成了较大问题,在一些不允许布线或布线困难的场合其应用也受到一定限制。无线传感网(WSN)实现了传感器的智能化与网络化,将WSN应用于工业控制,实现FCS与WSN的融合,可以弥补FCS的不足;文中给出一种基于STM32控制器的融合无线传感网实现ModBus和与ProFiBus信息交换通信控制模块,经报文测试该通信控制模块可以实现不同FCS之间以及WSN-FCS的信息融合,具有结构简单的特点。
Fieldbus control system (FCS) is widely used in process industries and discrete manufacturing industries. There are many FCS protocols and the communication protocols are different, incompatible, so it causes great problems for connecting with equipments, sensors, instruments of different protocols. The applications of FCS are certainly restricted where be not wired or difficult to be wired. Wireless sen- sor network (WSN) is achieved in the sensor intelligent and network. If WSN is applied in industrial control and it realizes the integration of FCS and WSN, it can make up for the deficiency of FCS. This presents a communication control module used in STM32 controller, which can realize ModBus and ProFiBus communication convert and mix wireless sensor networks. Through the message testing, the communication control module can mix between different FCS and WSN--FCS information and it has the simple structure characteristic.
