基于综合信任度的云计算Pareto最优服务选择

Pareto Optimal Service Selection for Cloud Computing Environment Based on Comprehensive Trust

为了实现云计算环境下服务质量和可靠性高的服务选择,提出了一种基于虚拟域信任值和Pareto最优解的云计算服务选择方法;首先,建立了云计算服务选择模型,然后通过域代理和管理代理协查获得能满足服务请求者基本功能的服务列表,通过相似度矩阵进行聚类,并根据服务请求者个性偏好选择与其最匹配的分类作为候选服务集,在此基础上,计算各服务的综合信任度得到信任服务集,将信任服务集中的Pareto最优解作为最终的服务提供者;最后,定义了具体的基于综合信任度的云计算服务选择算法;采用CloudSim环境进行仿真,结果表明文中方法能高效地实现云计算环境下的服务选择,且与其它方法比较,具有较高的可靠性和较低的计算开销,具有较大的优越性。

In order to get the service with good service quality and high reliability in cloud computing environment, a service selection method based on virtual area trust value and Pareto was proposed. Firstly, the service selection model in cloud computing environment was defined, then the service list satisfying the basic functions of server request entity was obtained by the cooperation of area agent and manage agent, the service list was clustered by using similarity matrix, and the selective service set was got by matching the service request with the specific cluster. The trust value of all the services in the selective service was computed to get the final trust service set, and the Pareto solution in the trust service set was regarded as the final service provider, finally, the specific algorism for service selection was defined. The experiment was simulated in Cloudsim environment, and the result shows the method in this paper can realize service selection in cloud computing, and compared with the other methods, it has the high reliability with the lower algorism complexity. Therefore it is proved has big priority.
