摘要 针对并网型分布式光伏发电系统需要与市电网络频繁切换的问题,以TMS320F28035为控制核心,设计了由DC-DC电路、DC-AC电路、隔离驱动电路、参数检测电路和无缝切换模块组成的微型光伏逆变切换系统;通过检测市电的电压、频率和相位等参数,采用DSP控制器产生PWM波控制逆变器输出特性与市电同步,在电压过零点时实现光伏发电系统与市电的无缝切换;实验结果表明,光伏逆变切换系统电路设计简洁实用,输出电压、频率和相位等参数跟踪准确,系统转换效率约为93.7%,可以在微型分布式光伏电站中推广应用。 Aiming at this problem of the inverter system must switch frequently with the power grid network in a distributed photovolta- ic power generation systems, Miniature photovoltaic inverter switching system composed with DC--DC circuit, DC--AC circuit, isolating driver circuit, parameter detection circuit and a seamless switching module weredesigned in this paper based on theTMS320F28035 control core. First of all, the voltage, frequency and phase of power grid weredetected, PWM wave generated by DSP controller to control inverter output characteristic wassynchronized with the power grid, to realize the photovoltaic power generation system and power grid seamless switching in voltage passing zero. The experimental results show that the circuit design of photovoltaic inverter switching system is concise and practical, parameters of output voltage, frequency and phase can be tracked accurately, and conversion efficiency of system is about 93. 7%, which can be applied in miniature distributed photovolta^ie power station.
