调温微胶囊整理织物工艺优化研究

摘要 采用浸轧的方式,将含有固-液相变材料的调温微胶囊和水性聚氨酯粘合剂的混合溶液处理到纯棉织物上,使织物具备一定的调温效果。通过单因素分析,得出粘合剂和水溶液的最优配比;通过正交实验得出最优浸轧工艺参数。结果表明:粘合剂浓度越大,织物增重越明显;纯棉织物经过整理后透气、透湿性能降低,抗弯刚度变大。在调温整理液配方相同的条件下,轧余率越大,织物增重越明显;当轧余率为110%,烘焙温度为120℃,烘焙时间为5min时,经调温整理的织物具有较好的耐水洗性能。 yurethane (PU) adhesive and thermo-regulating microcapsule containing solid-liquid phase change material so that the fabrics have certain thermo-regulating effect. The optimal ratio of the adhesive and water solution is obtained through single factor analysis and the optimal padding process parameters are obtained through or-thogonal experiment. The result shows that the thicker of the adhesive, the more obvious the fabrics gain weight. The performance of air and moisture permeability is decreased and the bending stiffness is increased when the cotton fabrics have been finished. Under the treating condition of the same thermo-regulating liquid formula, the greater the liquid detention is, the more obvious the fabrics gain weight. When the liquid detention is 110%, the baking temperature is 120℃and the baking time is 5 min, the fabrics prepared by thermal-regu-lating enjoy better washability.
