温肺降逆法联合吸入舒利迭治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期临床效果研究

Clinical effect study of method of warming lung and descending adverse qi combined inhalation of Seretide for treatment of acute phase of infantile bronchial asthma

目的观察温肺降逆法联合吸入舒利迭治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床效果及应用价值。方法临床选取45例小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿作为观察组,给予温肺降逆法中药汤剂联合吸入舒利迭进行治疗,同时选取47例患儿作为对照,分别给予温肺降逆法治疗(中药组23例)、舒利迭雾化吸入治疗(西药组24例)。观察三组患儿治疗有效率、肺功能改善情况以及喘息、肺部哮鸣音、咳嗽、咳痰等体征改善情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.56%,显著高于中药组(73.91%)、西药组(87.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺功能检测,观察组1 s用力呼气量(FEV1)以及最大呼气流速峰值(PEF)均明显优于其他两组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,患儿体征方面,观察组喘息、肺部哮鸣音、咳嗽、咳痰等体征改善情况亦优于其他两组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温肺降逆法中药汤剂配合吸入舒利迭治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期,具有较好的临床疗效,能够改善患儿肺功能及相应体征,值得应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and application value of method of warming lung and descending adverse qi combined inhalation of Seretide for treatment of acute phase of infantile bronchial asthma.Methods 45 infants with acute phase of infantile bronchial asthma were chosen as observation group and given Chinese medicine decoction of warming lung and descending adverse qi combined inhalation of Seretide for treatment.47 infants were chosen as control group simultaneously,and were given Chinese medicine decoction of warming lung and descending adverse qi （Chinese medicine group,23 cases） and inhalation of Seretide （western medicine group,24 cases） for treatment separately.Effective rate,condition of lung function improvement and condition of improvement of physical signs like gasp,lung wheeze,cough and expectoration of the three groups were observed.Results Effective rate of observation group was 95.56%,which was obviously higher than Chinese medicine group （73.91%） and western medicine group （87.50%） （P 〈 0.05）.On lung function examination,FEV 1 and PEF of observation group were both obviously better than the other two groups （P 〈 0.05）.Besides,condition of improvement of physical signs like gasp,lung wheeze,cough and expectoration of observation group was obviously better than the other two groups （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Method of wanning lung and descending adverse qi combined inhalation of Seretide for treatment of acute phase of infantile bronchial asthma has a good clinical effect,it can improve lung function and physical signs of infants,so it is worth of being applied clinically.
