摘要 目的了解医学生对临床思维能力培训的认知情况,探讨临床思维能力培训的基本与必备条件。方法采用整群抽样方法选择2013年及2012年在四川省人民医院实习的216、189名临床医学专业本科实习学生,对其临床思维能力培训的认知进行实习前、后问卷调查,结果采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果临床思维能力培训基本条件中定期教学查房、临床教学讲座、医疗纠纷防范实习前后比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);必备条件中医患沟通技巧、专科会诊查体、疑难病例讨论实习前后比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对医学生进行临床思维能力培训非常重要,培训的基本与必备条件有待进一步研究、探索和完善。 Objective To investigate the basic and necessary conditions of the clinical thinking ability training by understanding the cognitive situation of clinical thinking ability training in medical students.Methods The cluster sampling method was used to select 216 and 189 clinical undergraduate students in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital in 2013 and 2012 for survey.Cognitive of clinical thinking skills training before and after internships were investigated.The results were statistically analyzed by using SPSS 19.0 software.Results The differences were statistically significant before and after internships of the basic conditions of clinical thinking ability training including regularly teaching rounds,clinical teaching seminars and medical malpractice prevention (P 〈 0.01).The differences were statistically significant before and after internships of the necessary conditions including doctor-patient communication skills,specialist consultation examination and difficult cases internship discussion (P 〈 0.01).Conclusion It is very important to train the clinical thinking ability of medical students.The basic and necessary conditions of training need further studying,exploring and improving.
