摘要
为了促进电力应急管理系统标准体系架构的成型,对应急管理系统的建设模式进行了深入研究。文章简述了应急管理系统的发展历程和国家电网应急管理系统的现状,对电力应急工作流程进行了梳理,提出了基于电网GIS平台,整合现有电力信息资源,能满足电力应急主要业务需求的应急管理系统总体架构,同时还对应急管理系统的各主要功能模块进行了详细阐述,就应急管理系统的建设难点进行了分析。应急管理系统的建设对应急工作的开展具有重要的指导意义,是将来应急指挥体系建设的重点。
In order to boost the forming of the power emergency management system standard architecture, construction models of the emergency management system are study intensively. This paper introduces the development history of the emergency management system and describes situations of state grid emergency management system, summarizes the procedure of power emergency, presents an overall architecture of the emergency management system based on tbe power grid GIS platform to meet the major demands of power emergency services and integrates existing power information resources. The paper also gives a detailed description of the emergency management system's main functional modules, and analyzes construction difficulties. Building an emergency management system has a good guiding significance to emergency, and will be a focus of the future emergency commanding architecture construction.
