摘要 为实现发电集团对工程项目的有效管理,确保工程项目规划合理、施工计划可控和运行安全有效,分析了中国大唐集团公司工程项目建设的管理模式和业务特点,提出了一套覆盖发电板块与煤炭板块,贯穿从前期规划、设计、核准、开工、施工建设到运营全生命周期的工程项目管理信息系统的建设思路,建设了面向大唐集团多级责任主体的工程项目全生命周期管控平台,实现了工程项目集中管控与闭环管理,加强了总部业务部门横向协同和各级责任主体纵向贯通,极大提高了大唐集团工程项目的协同能力与管理水平。 To ineet the needs of the group's effective project management, and to ensure project planning reasonable, project constrtlction controllable and safe, this paper analyzes the management mode and business characteristics of project construction in China Datang Corporation, and proposes a set of construction ideas for the project management intbrmation system, which covers power generation plate and coal plate, and takes the whole lifecycle of project, such as the pre-planning, design, approval and implementation, into considerations. Using these ideas, the built project whole lifecycle management and control platform orients to multi-level responsibilities, achieves the centralized control and closed-loop management for the projects, strengthens the horizontal coordination among the business department of headquarters and the longitudinal cooperation among multi-level responsibilities, which can greatly improve the collaboration capabilities and management level of China Datang Corporation's projects.
