摘要
随着用电信息采集建设的深度推进,如何加强运行维护,保障采集稳定运行、采集信息量完整可靠,提升各项考核指标显得尤为重要。文章通过对用电信息采集运维现状的分析,以用电信息采集系统、营销业务应用系统数据为支撑,以现场故障诊断设备为手段,提出了以综合运维指挥平台和故障诊断仪为主体的用电信息采集综合运维保障系统,且通过与GIS集成、形象图示化展示的故障跟踪监控技术,大大提高了工作效率,减少了运维成本,也是设计中的一大亮点。系统的建设,为现场运维提供了快速、准确的信息,提高了采集建设质量,加快了采集建设进度,为满足用电信息采集全覆盖、全采集、全费控的目标提供了重要技术保障。
With the deepening promotion of the construction of the power user electric energy data collection system, how to strengthen the operation and maintenance, ensure stable collection and operation, integrated and reliable collected data, and improve various evaluation index become very important. Through the analysis of the situations of power data collection and maintenance, this paper puts forward a power user electric energy data collection maintenance and guarantee system. This system takes the integrated operation and maintenance command platform and fault diagnosis devices as a carrier, uses the data from the power user electric energy data collection system and the marketing business application system as a support, and adopts the modern fault diagnosis method as a mean. Through the integration of the GIS technology and the graphic fault location and monitoring technology, tile system greatly improves work efficiency and reduces the cost of operation and maintenance, which has been a highlight in the system design. The construction of the system can not only provide rapid, accurate information for on-site operation and maintenance, improve the construction quality, speed up the collection construction progress, but also provide an important technical guarantee for achieving the goals of full coverage, comprehensive data collection and full control.
