摘要
为了研究不同柱花草品种的铝胁迫差异,利用水培方法,在苗期对16份柱花草材料分别在0、10、30、50、70μmol/L的AlCl3·6H2O溶液中进行铝胁迫研究。分析相对存活率、株高、根长、植物量、质膜透性、丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量7个指标。结果表明,供试的16份柱花草材料均对铝离子表现出不同的敏感性。其中在70μmol/L的AlCl3·6H2O时,M3和M4的根长表现出较大的敏感性,在50μmol/L的AlCl3·6H2O时,M4和M13的根长表现出较大的敏感性。通过综合评价可知,2001-1、2001-79、热研20号和Nina材料的耐铝性较强,2001-84的耐铝性最弱,其余材料的耐铝性居中。
Sixteen varieties of Stylosanthes were tested by AlCl3 ·6H2O gradient of 0, 10, 30, 50, 70μmol/L respectively by hydroponic experiment. Survival rate, root length, plant height, biomass, MDA, proline and relative permeability of plasmalemma were measured. Among these genotypes, M3 and M4 showed strong sensitivity to aluminum stress when the aluminum ion concentration was over 70 μmol/L, while M4 and M13 showed strong sensitivity to aluminum stress when the aluminum ion concentration was over 50 μmol/L. The results indicated that 2001-1, 2001-79, hot research 20 and Nina turned out to be the best aluminum tolerance varieties, while 2001- 84 was the weakest and the rest was medium.
