艾迪与复方苦参联合GP化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical observation addie injection or compound matrine injection combined with GP chemotherapy on non-small cell lung cancer

目的比较艾迪联合GP化疗方案与复方苦参联合GP化疗方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的效果与治疗费用。方法将38例中晚期NSCLC病患分成A组(20例)和B组(18例),A组给予GP联合艾迪化疗方案治疗,B组给予GP联合复方苦参化疗方案治疗。结果两组治疗方案在近期疗效方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A组的C/E最低。结论艾迪注射液、复方苦参注射液联合GP化疗方案治疗中晚期NSCLC患者均有效,但在患者药费负担性价比方面,艾迪注射液联合GP化疗方案较有优势。

Objective To compare the curative effect and the cost relations of addie injection combined with GP chemother- apy regimen and compound matrine injection combined with GP chemotherapy regimen in treatment of advanced non- small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods 38 cases of NSCLC patients were divided into A group and B group,20 and 18 cases in each group respectively.A group received the treatment of GP combined with addie injection chemotherapy regimen,B group received the treatment of GP combined with compound matrine injection chemotherapy regimen. Re- suits There was no difference on the short-term curative effects between the two groups （P〉0.05）,but the C/E of A group was the lowest. Conclusion Addie injection combined with GP chemotherapy regimen and compound matrine injection combined with GP chemotherapy are both effective treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer,but addie injec- tion combined with GP chemotherapy is superior compared from the aspects of costs.
