摘要
目的 探讨纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)和D二聚体(DD)定量测定在骨折中的临床价值.方法 将2013年5~11月本院骨科收治的164例骨折患者根据骨折的程度和部位不同分为躯干骨骨折组、长骨骨折组和非长骨骨折组,采用免疫比浊法对其进行FDP和DD定量测定.结果 与对照组比较,各组FDP和DD的含量均有不同程度的升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 骨折患者的FDP和DD检测对于治疗效果的前瞻性预测、早期阶段凝血功能异常发生的原因判断以及预防血栓形成都十分重要.
Objective To explore the clinical value of fibrin degradation products(FDP) and D-dimmer(DD) quantitative determination in fracture. Methods 164 patients of fracture accepted and treated in department of orthopedics of our hospital from May to November 2013 were divided into trunk bone fracture group,long bone fracture group and non- long bone fracture group according to the extent and location of the fracture, and the quantitative determination of FDP and DD were conducted by immune turbidimetry. Results compared with the control group,the content of FDP and DD in each group were increased to varying degrees,and the differences between the two groups were statistically siguifi- cant(P〈O.05). Conclusion The timely attention of FDP and DD in patients with fracture is very important for prospective prediction of treatment effects,cause judgment of early stage coagulation abnormalities and prevention of thrombosis.
