彩色多普勒超声对2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉粥样硬化血管病变的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound for lower extremity arterial atherosclerosis of patient with type 2 diabetes

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉粥样硬化血管病变的诊断价值.方法 选择2010年6月～2012年11月本院收治的200例2型糖尿病患者为观察组,另选择200例本院健康体检者为对照组,均采用彩色多普勒超声检查下肢动脉,分析彩色多普勒超声对2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉硬化血管病变的诊断情况.结果 观察组管腔内膜光滑率为10.00％,低于对照组的79.00％;下肢动脉粥样硬化的发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.足背动脉粥样硬化的发生率为54.04％,明显高于股动脉、腘动脉、胫前动脉和胫后动脉,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 彩色多普勒超声可作为2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉粥样硬化血管病变的有效诊断手段,可准确判断血管病变位置及严重程度,对预防、诊断和治疗该病具有重要价值.

Objective To investigate diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound for lower extremity arterial atherosclerosis of patient with type 2 diabetes.Methods 200 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2012 were selected as observation group and another 200 cases of healthy in our hospital were se- lected as control group.Lower extremity arterial was checked by the color Doppler uhrasound.The diagnosis situation of color Doppler ultrasound for lower extremity arterial atherosclerosis of patient with type 2 diabetes was analyzed.Re- suits Lumen intima smooth rate of observation group was 10.00%,lower than that of control group （79.00%）,and inci- dence rate oflower extremity arterial atherosclerosis in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.01）.The incidence rate of dorsal artery atherosclerosis was 54.04%,significantly higher than that of femoral artery,popliteal artery,anterior tibial artery and posterior tibial artery respectively,with statis- tical difference （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can be used as an effective diagnostic tool in lower ex- tremity arterial atherosclerosis of patient with type 2 diabetes,can accurately determine the location and severity of vas- cular disease,play important role of prevention,diagnosis and treatment for lower extremity arterial atherosclerosis of patient with type 2 diabetes.
