我院门诊西药房不合理处方原因及对策分析

Analysis of irrational drug use and countermeasure in outpatient pharmacy

目的 探讨本院门诊西药房不合理处方原因及对策.方法 随机抽取2012年9月～2013年9月本院门诊西药房9000张处方,根据药物说明书及《新编药物学》《处方管理办法》中的相关规定,统计分析不合理用药情况.结果 共有202张不合理用药处方,占2.24％.临床选药不合理、联合用药不合理、用法用量不合理、溶媒选择不合理及处方选择不规范等是本院用药不合理的主要原因.结论 应加强医务人员的职业素质,提高其专业技术水平,秉着为患者负责的工作态度,加大药师的审方力度,提高处方质量,促进临床合理用药.

Objective To explore the cause and countermeasure of irrational drug use in outpatient pharmacy. Methods 9000 prescriptions were sampled from Sept. 2012 to Sept. 2013.The number of irrational prescriptions were counted and analyzed by the relevant provisions of Instruction and ＂new pharmacology＂ ＂prescription management method＂. Results 202 copies of irrational prescriptions accounted for 2.24% of the total sample.The reasons of unreasonable drug were unreasonable clinical medicine choice,unreasonable combination,unreasonable usage,dosage,solvent unreasonable selection and non-tandard prescription choice,etc. Conclusion We reinforce the occupational qualities of medical staff, improve the professional technology level,and pay attention to the usage so as to promote the irrational use of medicines.
